Operation:
1. Pairing: Long press Multi function button 3seconds, red and blue LED alternatly flash, enter pairing status.
2. Connect phone: In pairing status, keep earphone and mobile phone with 1m distance, open bluetooth of phone, search and select the earphone model name, and then connect. After connecting; blue LED slowly flash( Remark: some phone need input password, most password is 0000 )
3. If failure, repeat above step 1 and 2
4. Answer call in: Press multi-function button one time
5. End call : Press multi-function button one time
6. Reject call :Long press multi-function button 2seconds.
7. Redialing last call: Double multi-function button two times.
8. Next song：Long press”+”2seconds;
Previous song: Long press”-”2seconds or customized according to customers requests
9. Volume +:Short press “+”and then loose;
Volume -: Short press “-” and then loose or customized according to customers requests

We can accept your logo on our earphones, but the MOQ should be 500PCS/color. Pls send us your logo design,we will quote and then make a sample for your test.

Of course we can help you. We have a professional design team. Our designer can make package for you as your requirements.
4. Can you send samples to us for testing quality?
Of course we can send free samples to you, you just pay the express fee.
5. What would be payment terms be?
We can accept the payment by T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
6. What would be delivery time be?
The delivery time for our original earphones is about 3-7 days, detail time is depending on your order. The delivery time for custom earphones is regularly at least 20 days after samples confirmed.
7. In an unlikely event that there is a faulty earphone from my order, what should I do?
You could correct your design before samples confirmed, but pls do not change anything during production, or will charge extra cost for your special demands.
